The Daisy is bright and airy, complete with 3 spacious bedrooms, a living room with original architectural fireplace features, dining area and a nicely appointed kitchen for your family and friends. The deck space is complete with grill for tailgates or nights in. The home is within walking distance of dozens of bars and restaurants. OSU is approximately a mile away!! It's always a bright and sunny day at the Golden Daisy! The whole space has been recently renovated and is a great mix of old Columbus charm and modern amenities. The first two floors have LVP flooring and the third floor has new carpeting. The kitchen has new cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Every attention to detail has been met in this space! When you enter this newly renovated home you will walk into the living room, complete with plenty of seating for your group! We have a large comfy couch, and two side chairs for your evening's gatherings. There is a large Smart TV for you to take in the latest game or movie when you are settling in for the night. Walking through the living room you will enter the large dining area, which has a round table that will seat 4 comfortably. There is also a bar cart in the dining room for you to become the resident mixologist if you so desire. The work from home station/desk area is also located in the far end of the dining room. Keep going towards the kitchen and you will pass by the half bathroom. The kitchen has all the amenities of home - if it doesn't, please let us know and we can possibly bring it to you! The backyard door is off the kitchen, and you will see the fully fenced in yard and City Trash bins and a parking pad for two. You are allotted one of these two spaces if you don't want to park out front. Venturing upstairs you will see two nice sized bedrooms, the largest is the front one, which also has an air mattress in the closet. This bedroom is also equipped with the second smart TV in the house. There is also a full bathroom on the second floor. Walking down the upstairs hallway you will come to the attic door. The attic has been tastefully designed for your guest to enjoy their own private floor. There is a full bed up in the attic and it's own AC system. Please watch yourselves going up and down the stairs as they were built at a time when stairs were a lot steeper! The entire home, the back deck, and the parking area in front and behind the home. We are available via platform messaging! We wanted to let you know that our team is available to assist you between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm. However, we understand that sometimes questions or issues may arise outside of those hours, and we want you to know that we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible. The Old North neighborhood is adjacent to The Ohio State University and off campus housing. It also shares a border with Clintonville; and between the two neighborhoods there is plenty to see and do. Glen Echo Ravine is a short walk away, which is a beautiful place to walk with the family or your furry friend. There are dozens of restaurants and bars on High St. for your days and nights out on the town. The home is also conveniently located near Interstate 71. It is super easy to navigate the area around the home. We are nestled between High St. and Neil Avenue and there are many restaurants, bars, groceries conveniently located within minutes. The third-floor bedroom is in a recently renovated attic space. The stairs are steep and have hand rails on each side. On a hot summer day the attic can be warmer than the rest of the house and an individual air conditioner has been installed. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. • We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the Property, a people counter which counts the number of people nearby, in addition to numerous neighbors who are understandably more sensitive to any outrageous noise! • The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the House at any given time. • Your safety matters to us! Our Property is equipped with friendly outdoor security cameras. These cameras are specifically placed outside the property, ensuring a secure environment for all guests. • We do not allow 3rd party bookings. If found to be in violation of any house rules we reserve the right to end your stay and enter the unit immediately. • We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense. • Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. • That you have a valid photo idea, verified email address. • We have a 4pm check in policy and 11am check out policy unless authorized by upper management. • If you wish to have an early check in time or later check out please ask and we will check with upper management to verify that this is something that we can accommodate. • There will be a fee for all early check in and late check outs! • Check out time is strictly 11am if this does not work for you please get a late check out or please be prepared or book another night. Enjoy! • We also have a Moderate refund policy as stated by Airbnb. No exceptions! • Absolutely no parties or events. We use a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the house. • We have a zero-tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave if any noise level beyond a normal conversation is detected. • This community enforces quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. It's important that we abide by those same rules inside the unit. Any noise level beyond a normal conversation may result in being asked to vacate the house. •$100 fee for unreturned or lost key fob $75 overnight lockout fee • No smoking inside the house. If you wish to smoke please set outside, no candles (there is a fee for this action) .$500 smoking fee if found to be smoking inside of premises. • Guest agrees to contact us directly should any issues arise. Packages or mail may not be shipped to the house. • We will not be responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages. Lockbox must be properly locked at all times. • No unregistered guests without prior approval and the number of guests may not exceed the number on the reservation. Be nice to our neighbors.
