The entry to our second floor suite is up one flight of stairs. You will enjoy the generous living room space with large sectional sofa, coffee table, dining table, 65 inch smart 4K Ultra High Definition TV, Home Music device. Peek - a - boo view of the bay from living room. Ultra high definition tv with broadcast television and internet. You may connect your laptop with the included HDMI cable. **We do NOT provide cable tv stations and hotel movie services. KING SIZE BED in the bedroom. Large closet. High ceilings and large windows, south and east exposure/plenty of light. High quality linens. Blackout curtains. Alarm/clock radio. Victorian lock on the bedroom door and you will have the key. **We have recently added an AIR CONDITIONER in the bedroom. KITCHENETTE with refrigerator, coffee maker, Nespresso espresso maker, microwave. A variety of coffee and teas are available with organic green tea and herbal teas. Decaffeinated coffee and pour over with organic filters. Hot water pot. **Please Note: The city of Port Townsend does not allow an oven/range for use in short term rentals. Convenient parking for 1 vehicle in our off- street parking place on quiet street. There is a doorbell at the front door for the host. Access to front hallway, stairway, 2nd floor suite. Walk up one flight stairs. Other things to note House Rules: Please leave your shoes in the downstairs hallway. Shoes are discouraged from the upstairs. We have recently added an AIR CONDITIONER in the bedroom. The bath is a clawfoot tub. You may have a bath/shower with the added shower wand. There is a full length shower curtain, make sure to keep the water in the tub by pulling the curtain fully around the tub. Please acknowledge that you won't have trouble getting in and out of the tub. Keep the curtain closed when showering to avoid water on the floor. Please acknowledge in your inquiry that this is a second floor suite, up one flight of stairs AND that this is a Victorian house, NOT a new construction, that's all part of its charm. Coffee pods are provided for your stay. WE DO NOT OFFER EV CAR CHARGING ON PREMISES. There is a list of local charging stations in Port Townsend. We ask that guests maintain the suite as they would their own home. Please observe quiet hours after 10 p.m. and we will too. Sorry no pets (the hosts have severe allergies to cats and dogs), no unauthorized guests, no children under 10 years old, and no smoking allowed anywhere on property. Please leave shoes at entry.
