Guest suite in Lake Havasu City

Relax and unwind in our beautifully renovated studio while being captivated by the surrounding lake and mountain views. Take it a step further and dip into our invigorating pool or take a swing on our putting green. Just minutes away from everything Lake Havasu has to offer, there is not a bad day to be had at Havasita! The space Welcome to Havasita! We want our guests to enjoy this space as much as we do. We have designed our home with your comfort in mind and take great care to ensure your stay with us is exquisite. Indoors, you will find all the comforts of home in an open and airy environment. There are 3 large windows that let in tons of natural light and allow you to take in the beautiful lake and mountain views without having to step outside. For your comfort, there is split AC/heating unit and ceiling fan all controlled by remotes. We have the highest speed internet available for all your streaming needs and plenty of games to keep you entertained. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glassware, silverware, cheese grater, cutting board, and coffee maker. We also provide coffee, tea and sugar. There is a dining table for 2, a cozy couch to watch your favorite programs or cuddle up with a good book, a very comfortable queen size bed and black out curtains for your beauty sleep. Outdoors, we have a spacious patio with lounge chairs, patio chairs and a small table for you to enjoy a meal, cool beverage or a cup of coffee. Our invigorating pool is perfect for cooling off in the desert sun. Golf clubs and balls are supplied if you choose to bat the ball around a few times too. The backyard, including the pool and putting green, is a shared space with one other unit on the opposite end of the property. There is also a shared BBQ, equipped with a propane tank and utensils for grilling. Guest access The studio is located at the far end of the house. The main entrance is from the driveway that is off the culdesac (where our mailbox is located). You will go through the open gates immediately to the right of the driveway and follow the gravel to the large carport at the far end. The lockbox is attached to the wall at the front entrance of the unit. You will be given the property address and a code to access the lockbox on the day before your arrival. Please keep the key in a safe place. There is a $25 fee if the key becomes lost. You may park your vehicle in either driveway or underneath the large carport inside the gate. Please do not use the small carport next to the driveway as it is too tight for most vehicles. Other things to note This property is owned and operated by Promise Point Properties, LLC.
