This is a fully furnished vacation rental. It is located close to downtown Silver City in the historic district. It is perfect for a short stay or a longer term stay. It is both cozy and functional for our guests. Accommodation is intended for 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 4 children. Any adults desiring to book with more than four can do so upon request and a $20.00 per person per night fee will apply. Dogs allowed. We do charge a $20 fee per dog per stay, pay to host after check in. The space Carriage House Cottage is the ultimate in a home away from home. Guests feel comfortable instantly, with the Cottage and the location. It is roomy and airy - cool in the summer, with AC in bedroom and living/dining area, and warm in the winter, with baseboard heaters in each room. Guest access As our guest you will have sole access to your private patio and the hot tub located there. For our longer term guest, we share access to our washer and dryer located in the basement of our home. Other things to note Events and parties cannot be held at Carriage House Cottage. This includes the house and the patio area. We allow our guest to bring their dogs with them for their stay. Please let us know you wish to bring your dog. There is a $20.00 pet fee per stay, payable upon arrival.
