From here you can easily reach the pebble beach and the wooden solarium areas. The space The house, in rustic Sicilian style, is well-kept and comfortable. The large and bright living room opens onto a veranda overlooking the sea, while the two air-conditioned bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower guarantee all comforts. The garden, full of flowering and fragrant Mediterranean plants such as jasmine and plumeria, surrounds the house. From the garden, a private staircase leads directly to the quiet cliff, ideal for enjoying the sea and the view of the Gulf of Catania and Mount Etna. Guest access The house is part of a small complex of four adjacent villas, which share some outdoor spaces and the staircase from the garden that leads to the cliff. Guests can use deck chairs, parasols, beach towels and an outdoor shower for maximum comfort during their stay. Free parking is located right in front of the main entrance, ensuring comfort and safety for those arriving by car. Other things to note To reach Casa sul Baia, the ideal option is the car or motorcycle, both own and rent, as the area is not served by public transport. Nearest bars, restaurants and supermarkets are 7.5 km away. Casa sul Baia is a tourist accommodation officially registered in Sicily, in accordance with regional and national regulations. The house is intended exclusively for short stays and for residential use, without the provision of additional services such as daily cleaning or breakfast.
