The space The house, in traditional Sicilian style, is carefully maintained and comfortable. The bright living area opens onto a sea-view terrace, while the two air-conditioned bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower provide everything needed for a relaxed stay. The garden, filled with Mediterranean plants such as jasmine and plumeria, surrounds the house. From the garden, a staircase leads down to the rocky shoreline, a quiet setting where you can enjoy the sea and views of the Gulf of Catania and Mount Etna. Guest access The house is entirely for guests’ exclusive use, offering an independent and relaxed stay. It is part of a small group of four adjacent villas and shares part of the seafront outdoor area and the staircase leading down to the rocky shoreline. Guests can use sun loungers, umbrellas, beach towels and an outdoor shower to fully enjoy the sea area during their stay. Free parking is available directly in front of the main entrance, ensuring easy and convenient access by car. Other things to note A car or motorbike (private or rental) is required to reach Casa sulla Baia, as the area is not served by public transport. The nearest bars, restaurants and supermarkets are about 7.5 km away. Casa sulla Baia is a legally registered tourist rental property, intended exclusively for short stays and residential use, without hotel-style services.
