Waterfront Cottage on Hubbard Lake’s East Bay

Gentle slope to the waters edge of beautiful, clean, all sports, Hubbard Lake! A great place to escape the daily grind and relax. Beautiful sunsets. Wine and dine at Churchill Pointe directly across the Bay or grab a brew and burger at Smokies, a short walk. East Bay boat launch is just a couple streets north. Couple paddle boards and kayak are available for use during your stay. The space Comfortable rustic cottage on the water. Guest access The garage is not accessible. Other things to note Water shoes recommended when swimming. Rocky shoreline that progressively gets sandier as depth increases but still has sporadic rocks and zebra mussels. Be safe, no diving off the dock! Well water with filter. Hardness probably a 4/10. My neighbors are currently building a home. The work is conducted in phases so it is hard to predict when the site is active or quiet.
