Beautiful House with Tranquil Garden & Hot Tub

This beautiful property is spacious, unique and located in a tranquil small village with 2 great village pubs, many picturesque walks with lots to do in the surrounding areas. It has 3 double beds and I single bed in summer house. Please note this does not have any bathroom facilities. The house does have 2 steps into the lounge and 1 in the kitchen, 2 log fires and 1 coal fire plus gas central heating which makes it very cosy in the winter. Outside noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm The space The house is spacious with lots character, and is on different levels. The lower floor has 2 steps into lounge and 2 Levels in the kitchen. The bedrooms and bathroom are also on different levels which makes the house unique and lovely but a little more difficult for disabled people. Guest access Guests can access everywhere in the house and up to the gates in the garden which is a big spacious area with hot tub. As we are joined onto another couple of cottages neighbours do have the option to walk past the house but this is rarely use. 95 per cent of the garden is very private. We do have a couple of wardrobes which are private. Other things to note On the odd occasion you may see someone walking past the house for access. This is very rare and certainly does not infringe on your privacy when in the hot tub or in the summer house. We want you to have a great stay but please note outside there must be no noise after 10pm however, if the neighbours make unreasonable requests for quietness, would you please contact us and we will deal with it If you need to contact us for any reason during your stay, we are never far away
