Guesthouse in Mystic

Great studio overlooking small personal vineyard in lovely Mystic, 10 minute walk to the drawbridge! The space This great space is above our separate garage on the back of our property, adjacent to Mt. Parnassus, our small vineyard. The space has an open floor plan, with the bed adjacent to the living space and dining area. There is also a lovely, very private deck overlooking the vineyard. The bathroom is private with a locking door. Guest access The studio is above our detached garage, accessible via private exterior entrance, with stairs leading up to the rental. Other things to note We have a friendly medium-sized dog (Summer) that Is trained to a wireless fence on the property. She is not allowed in the rental unit, though she would certainly love to visit if she were. The vineyard is surrounded by an electric fence to keep deer out - let us know if you’d like a tour! There is also a pretty cool treehouse on the property but it’s not in the best state of repair and we ask that you appreciate it from the ground only!
