The space Luxury details like Wi-Fi, Air-conditioning, Movie-room, Dstv, Netflix, back-up system for power outages, alarm system, dishwasher, washing machine, pool and garden, makes this villa the perfect place to settle down while enjoying the beautiful winelands. Guest access Guests will have full access to the whole top part of the house. The tenants or their guests will make use of the bottom part of the house. These are both totally private and separate from each other. The deck and braai facilities are for guests use. Just the pool and garden area might be shared with the tenants or their guests. Other things to note We have a very shy cat, her name is Sophia. She comes and goes on her own, she would just need to be given food and water. She likes to be by herself. Cleaning can be arranged at R300 per day. Tuesdays and Fridays included in stay. a Linen change will be done during a stay, as seen necessary. There are tenants (our daughter and her husband) in the downstairs apartment. The top part of the house is private and for guest use only. Guests will have total privacy. Braai facilities is for our guests use. Pool and garden open to guests of both upstairs and downstairs homes.
