Home Stay Minutes to Ft. Bragg & Downtown

Our home is situated in a nice, quiet, and very friendly neighborhood. Great location for everything Fayetteville has to offer. Short commute to Fort Bragg & Skibo Road. This is an entire home listing, guests will have the living space to themselves. Two bedrooms upper-level unit available to guests (the third is locked not accessible as it is our storage room). Feel at home enjoy our spacious dining and living rooms and our fully furnished kitchen. Large backyard is accessible as well.. Guests will feel very much at home and enjoy full privacy and on-demand entertainment, movies with online applications like Netflix and HBO Max on two 65" smart TVs. Guests will utilize the main home and park on the right side of the driveway which fits three cars one in front of the other. the LEFT side of driveway is reserved to the tenants of LOWER level unit in the backyard. The host is available to interact with the guests through the Airbnb platform, phone, and face to face. We make it easy and want the guests to understand that they are the priority. Our neighborhood is great, most of our neighbors have stayed here for multiple decades. Our home is on a corner lot, which comes with the advantage of having a large land and significant space to park. Parties or events are not allowed. This includes any scenario where the occupant has more than 3 visitors of ANY age NOT on the reservation, and/or scenarios where there are more than four vehicles in the neighborhood. Party prevention measures: There's no scenario where we will authorize a party or event at this property. Guests with more than the allowed number of cars or personnel in our home or in our neighborhood are in breach of the rental agreement and forfeit their rights to continue the rest of their stay in our home. No refunds. Notes: Cars: Three cars max allowed in the neighborhood. Personnel: # on reservation plus max of 3 visitors* allowed in the home and neighborhood. *Visitors are friends and family of any age not on reservation who will be in the home temporarily for up to six hours. All disruptive parties and events are prohibited, regardless of size.
