Relaxing coastal get-away at Cape Palliser

Newly built 3 bedroom house located in Cape Palliser, in a small quiet settlement with 4 other properties. Our section & deck are still under development. Only a 2 minute walk to the ocean across the road, which has a great diving spot with paua, crayfish, and kina. Great local fishing spots at Turners Bay & Whāngaimoana or a 30min drive to Lake Ferry. 15min drive from Pirinoa & 10min to the Ngawi township. Other things to note Please make sure to enquire first before booking with small children. Our deck is raised off the ground & under construction. Our property is not fenced but access to our lane is fenced & gated.
