Our house is a 1+1, it has a living room and an open kitchenette (mini fridge, mini stove, microwave), a modern bathroom and a bedroom. Our bedroom has a queen size bed. The view from your bedroom is of the old Antep and creates a visual feast at night. Our apartment is on the 2nd floor and is accessed by stairs. The space There are 3 independent apartments in the building. Our apartments are heated by a central system and each apartment also has air conditioning. 🛒 Our house is based on self-service and does not offer hotel services. The kitchen has a microwave, electric stove, mini fridge and kettle. There are also basic kitchen equipment such as plates, forks, knives and pots. The washing machine is available; however, detergent and softener are not provided. The ingredients used in the preparation of food and beverages (tea, sugar, salt, oil, Turkish coffee, etc.) must be provided by our guests. We provide one towel and one face towel per person🧻 in the bathroom. There is shampoo in the bathroom and hand soap and toilet paper in the sink. You can visit the nearest supermarket for additional needs during your stay. 🧹 Cleaning Service: Daily cleaning service is not included in the accommodation fee. Before check-in, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and checked by our cleaning staff. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the apartment. Intermediate cleaning services may be requested for an additional fee. 🗑 Garbage Disposal: You must leave all your garbage in the garbage containers outside the building. 🔑 Check-in Information: You can go directly to the apartment. There is no physical key; you can enter with the door code. Check-in: after 3:00 pm Check-out: Before 11:00 am To ensure the comfort of our guests, we have certain rules for early check-in and late check-out: ✅ Early Check-in: Depending on the availability of our home, you can check in from 9:00 am. This service costs $20 and is paid through Airbnb. Guests who want to check in before 9 am are required to book an extra night in advance. ❌ Late Check-out: Unfortunately, we cannot allow late check-out. If the check-out time is not respected, a $200 penalty will be charged through Airbnb. 📌Parties and noise are strictly forbidden in our house. The air conditioner must be kept on at all times, windows and doors must be tightly closed. No smoking in our homes. If noticed, the penalty is $200 and is requested through Airbnb. As a legal requirement, all guests who will check into our facility are required to provide their identity or passport information completely and accurately at the time of booking through the Airbnb platform. Guests who do not provide ID or passport information are not admitted to the facility. In the event of any unauthorized entry other than the persons notified at the time of booking, you agree that all legal liability rests solely with the booking holder. We would like to inform you that legal action may be taken against the reservation holders who do not comply with this rule and the accommodation may be canceled.
