The space My home is 5 bed / 4 baths featuring a large shared living space with an open floor plan. From the front foyer you’ll find a U-shaped kitchen overlooking the dining room and living room. This listing is for a private bedroom & bathroom on the main floor featuring a queen size bed with underbed storage, attached bathroom with a 32x60 tub/shower combination, 48in writing desk, full length mirror, small dresser, and huge closet to store belongings or clothes. Guest access In addition to your private bed/bath, you will also have access to the main floor shared spaces, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry. This listing is for main floor access only and will be shared with two other guests. The backyard is currently undergoing renovation to be completed summer of 2023. During your stay I'm a Wichita native and easy to reach by phone or text if you need anything during your stay. While I no longer live onsite, I stop by regularly to check on the home and make improvements as needed. I'm always happy to answer questions about the area or hear suggestions to help make your stay even better. I hope we get the chance to meet in person someday! Other things to note My home is designed to be an Airbnb community living space for out of town travelers. During your stay, you’ll often have the chance to meet 1-2 other guests traveling for work, internships or school. I only host stays 28 days or longer, so my guests have an opportunity to build long term friendships while exploring a new city. Most frequent guests: - Koch, Textron & Spirit interns - WSU students - Traveling nurses, medical students and other health-related workers ***This specific home is designed for guests with work schedules outside the home (approx 9am–3pm on weekdays). It is not suitable for remote workers or guests staying in during those hours.
