Israeli citizens are required to pay VAT according to the law. Other things to note In order to close dates for Passover 2025 which starts Saturday April 12, you'll need to close on the 11th as well. For Rosh Hashana, guests will need to close from Wednesday, the 2nd of October, until Saturday night the 5th of October. Pay for only 3 nights.
