On this ground level you'll also find a large firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and big water views. The main floor has a cozy, modern style with plenty of places to crash. There are three bedrooms (1 king/master, 2 queens), two bathrooms, two dining areas, kitchen, living room, laundry room, two patios, and a charcoal grilling space. The upper floor has a fun and playful feel and has 2 bedrooms. One is a standard bedroom (1 queen bed, 2 twin beds), one is a 6-bed bunk room (2 full size beds, 4 twin beds), a living room, and a bathroom. All king and queen mattresses are brand new Nectar Memory Foam. This is a smoke free/pet free home. The Poppy has a one slip boat dock with swim platform and lily pad. During the summer months (April - August) the boat slip is open for you to park your boat. During winter months (September - March) Smith Lake water levels are low. The walkway to the dock becomes very steep, and part of the dock may be on ground. We have found that the low water months are our favorite. Duncan Bridge Marina is so close, we can still put the boat in and ride for the day if we want.
