The property is a modern western style villa with open plan kitchen/living area and pool/spa, set amongst an organic 4 acre cinnamon, coffee, coconut and fruit and veg farm. A quiet, tranquil location, we are 1 km from Akurala beach. We are located 7 km from Hikkaduwa beach where you can swim with sea turtles and enjoy the many restaurants and bars and we are 5 km from all required supermarkets/shops. The space Perfect for a small family or group, the property is set in a walled garden amongst a lush and verdant organic farm. We have many fruit and spice plants growing along with our main crop of cinnamon. Wildlife is abundant, and various bird and reptile species can be seen. We are a 1 km walk to the beach and transport links. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, and the property has hot and cold running water. Free and unlimited wifi is available.
