It has all the essentials, including a dishwasher, washing machine and nespresso coffee machine. One of the double bedrooms has air conditioning, the others have fans. Guests can make use of 1 private outdoor parking space within the building area. It is in a central area, close to several restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and other services. The bus station is a 3-minute walk away, and Faro airport is 22 km away. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay. There is private parking in the building . Check-in can be done: - In person at the property, or - Via key safe (self check-in). Details will be arranged with guests prior to arrival. Check-in is between 4pm and 7pm. Check-out: Must be completed by 10:00 a.m. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Other things to note Security Deposit The security deposit must be paid online or by card by the day of check-in. Amount: €300 (for stays up to 28 nights) For groups or young people, double the amount may be requested. The deposit will be refunded after the property has been checked at the end of the stay. Cleaning The cleaning fee included in the booking only covers check-in and check-out cleaning.
