This accommodation has 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and one with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room with dining area. It has a balcony facing the beach, with a dining table. It has all the essentials, including a dishwasher, washing machine and nespresso coffee machine. One of the double bedrooms has air conditioning, the others have fans. Guests can make use of 1 private outdoor parking space within the building area. It is in a central area, close to several restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and other services. The bus station is a 3-minute walk away, and Faro airport is 22 km away. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay. There is private parking in the building . Check-in can be done: - In person at the property, or - Via key safe (self check-in). Details will be arranged with guests prior to arrival. Check-in is between 4pm and 7pm. Check-out: Must be completed by 10:00 a.m. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Other things to note Security Deposit The security deposit must be paid online or by card by the day of check-in. Amount: €300 (for stays up to 28 nights) For groups or young people, double the amount may be requested. The deposit will be refunded after the property has been checked at the end of the stay. Cleaning The cleaning fee included in the booking only covers check-in and check-out cleaning. During their stay, guests may request: - Additional cleaning - Extra change of bed linen - Additional towels These services are subject to an additional charge, are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. For bookings of 15 nights or more, we reserve the right to inspect the property up to 7 days before the departure date. Invoice If you require an invoice with a tax number, billing details must be sent by the day of check-in. Municipal Tourist Tax – Municipality of Loulé At check-in, the Municipal Tourist Tax will be charged, applicable to guests over 16 years of age. According to the Regulations of the Municipality of Loulé: €1 per night, per person (November to March) €2 per night, per person (April to October) Cot Upon prior request and subject to availability, a cot can be provided at an additional cost of €5 per night, and a high chair for €2 per night. SPECIAL CONDITIONS – Long Stays (Stays equal to or longer than 28 nights) The following conditions apply: - Electricity costs paid separately at check-out (amount calculated based on the consumption meter installed in the property) - Security deposit of €1,000, returned after final inspection - Water and internet included Specific contractual conditions may apply to this type of stay.
