Our house is 1+1, includes living room and half kitchen (mini fridge, mini stove, microwave), a modern bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Our bedroom has one couple and the other room has 2 single beds. Our apartment is on the 1st floor and is climbed by stairs. The space The apartment has 3 independent apartments. Our apartments are heated with a central system and each apartment also has air conditioning. 🛒 Our house is self-service based and does not offer hotel service. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, electric stove, mini fridge and kettle. Also basic kitchen equipment such as plates, forks, knives and pots are available. The washing machine is available; however, detergent and softener are not provided. The ingredients used in the preparation of food and drinks (tea, sugar, salt, oil, Turkish coffee, etc.) are required for our guests to provide themselves. We provide one towel and one face towel per person 🧻in the bathroom. There is shampoo in our bathroom and hand soap and toilet paper in our sink. During your stay you can visit the nearest supermarket for additional needs. 🧹 Cleaning Service: The accommodation fee does not include daily cleaning service. Before the check-in, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and checked by our staff about cleaning. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the apartment. Intermediate cleaning services can be requested for an additional cost. 🗑 Trash Disposal: You need to leave all your garbage in the garbage containers outside the building. 🔑 Check-in Information: You can go directly to the apartment. There are no physical keys - check in with the door code. Our guests who want to check in before 9am need to book an extra night the day before. ❌ Late Check-Out: Unfortunately, we are unable to allow a late check-out. A penalty fee of $200 will be requested through Airbnb if the check-out time is not respected. Parties and noise are not allowed in 📌our house. Air conditioning should be kept on constantly, windows and doors tightly closed. No smoking in our homes. If noticed, the penalty is $200 and is requested on airbnb. As a legal requirement, all guests who will check in to our facility are required to provide their ID or passport information at the time of booking through the Airbnb platform in a complete and accurate manner. Guests who do not provide ID or passport information are not accepted on the premises. In the event of any fraudulent entry other than those reported at the time of booking, you agree that all legal liability rests entirely with the booking owner.
