The space The 1854 House is comprised of (4) thoughtfully renovated individual and separate apartment units, each named after the famous FRONT FOUR ski trails on Mount Mansfield: Liftline, National, GOAT and Starr. This listing is for the National apartment. THERE ARE NO SHARED INSIDE SPACES. We provide a modest starter supply of keurig coffee pods (reg+decaf), shelf stable creamers and (2) sets of bath linens. If guests would like additional bath linens, sets are available to rent at $25 each. Laundry services are available at the laundromat in the village. A few steps away is the little red school house where you can procure coffee, wine, beer, ice cream, eclectic snacks and delicious fresh made Chinese food. From the living room, step out onto the private porch and enjoy the incredible views of the Worcester mountain range. There is a secluded patio garden space for all guests to enjoy and where you'll find casual seating, dining table/chairs, a gas grill, and 2 vintage Adirondack camp chairs perched on the knoll overlooking the valley and Mt Mansfield. Guest access Our 1854 House has a sweet little patio with raised bed garden that all guests may enjoy- there is also a small knoll with 2 vintage Adirondack chairs to perch upon and sip a beverage to start, or end your day. National guests can also enjoy their very own private deck.
