From the gourmet kitchen to organic cotton linens & towels to soaking in the bath after a beautiful day enjoying Vail's mountains, you will love the vintage feel of this modern-rustic space. Great for singles, couples and small families or groups. Please note both bedrooms are upstairs. 1 to 4 guests is ideal as there is only one full bathroom and one very small half bathroom. $75 extra guest fee per guest over 4 guests including kiddos. Free off-street parking in front of building. Town of Vail STR License #025778 Guest access Entire townhome and patio space is available for your private use. Guest-unique keypad combination on front door provided with check-in instructions. Spring, summer and fall guests also have access to outdoor shed where patio items are stored. Back patio area is not fenced in and the lawn area is a shared space within the townhome complex. However, you'll see a lot more wildlife than humans back there ;) Other things to note PLEASE READ: -Booking party is responsible for all guests and any additional people they allow onto the property during their booking period. -Refunds will not be issued for environmental issues such as weather, transportation (canceled flights, closed roads, etc.), air quality, or local or regional restrictions. -Amazon deliveries are problematic because they are transferred to USPS and are often delayed or lost. For guaranteed delivery please use FedEx and UPS as they deliver to the door, whereas the post office does not and your items will be forwarded along with our mail. -Please note fireplace is non-functional. Staggered water use recommended to prevent hot water from running out. Locked linen/supply closet and supply closet under stairs. Patio shed is accessible in spring, summer and fall. -To keep home cool during summer, open all windows at night then close them and all blinds during the day. Place box fans at bedroom windows facing out to draw in cool air. -Guests should be aware that the mountains are home to many types of wildlife. A critter or insect may get into the house if an exterior door is left open. We kindly ask that doors remain shut as much as possible particularly in fall when animals seek warmth. Refunds will not be issued if an insect, rabbit, squirrel, rodent, chipmunk, snake, etc. is discovered inside the home. -On behalf of our community we kindly request that all guests eligible for COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to arrival.
