Guest space separate from the host's. Renovated home, located in a safe established neighborhood, 2.5 miles from Rupp Arena/downtown; 3.5 miles from I-64/I-75. Keeneland, KY Horse Park, the distillery district, hiking/biking trails all within 5 miles. Grocery, drug store, fast food, dine in restaurants in walking distance. During your stay I will mostly be available to greet guests when they arrive, but if I'm not there when you check in, I will be there shortly. Please contact me by phone and leave a message or text if you have any questions or concerns, or need any information. You will find me outside quite a bit taking care of the pool and gardens. Feel free to socialize if you'd like or just relax, and I'll stay out of your way and respect your space. I am an award winning artist and experienced yogi, so if you are interested, I am offering some unique opportunities to guests during their stay. If any of these opportunities interest you, you can let me know when booking, or speak to me after checking in. Please note that I need at least a week advance notice to plan for art class or for cooking a meal during your stay. If you're interested in practicing gentle yoga, I offer a guided 90 minute class- I have mats and props. Please feel free to bring your own mat. $17 per person or $30 for 2 people. I also offer a 2 hour watercolor class, all supplies included for $140 per person. You will learn a process of painting on Masa paper and will complete a 12" x 12" watercolor painting. I also enjoy cooking special meals and would be happy to share my menu of my specialties. While you are being served and enjoying your meal, I can entertain you with art talk, current local exhibitions, information about current Lexington events, things unique about the Bluegrass region, or any topic you'd like more information about.
