This stylish apartment is only a short walk into town & the hustle and bustle of the beautiful quay & harbour; here you can find freshly caught fish & chips, restaurants, pubs & cocktail bars. The apartment can sleep two people in a comfy king bed. Benefits from stunning views of the harbour and Brixhams unique and colourful architecture. Comes complete with free wifi and a smart TV for streaming all your favourite apps. The space The apartment is on the ground floor of a converted home. Recently refurbished to a high standard, it has a modern, stylish and relaxing feel to it. Upon entering, you will find a cosy open-plan living space/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to make a delicious meal and we have provided a dining table and two chairs to eat at. The smart TV has access to all the streaming apps (own logins required). The living area has the added benefit of a Juliet balcony with beautiful views across Brixham and its famous harbour. The modern bathroom comes with a shower over the bath. In the bedroom, you will find a comfy king bed with hotel-quality bedding and clothes storage. Important note on parking: Being a historic town Brixham was not built for cars. The apartment is located in the charming windy and tight streets leading from the harbour. There is unrestricted on-street parking nearby however this is first come first serve and is limited. This is of course, worth it for the charm of being in the heart of Brixham! Alternatively, there are car parks nearby within walking distance. Brixham Central (short stay) or Freshwater car park (long stay). We would recommend dropping off your belongings and using the Freshwater car park a 5-10 minute walk away. Permits are available via the Torbay Council website and are £25.00 for a 4-day permit or £45.00 for an 8-day. These permits can be used at all Torbay council car parks and so you can use them all over Torbay when exploring the area. Guest access Guest will have private use of the entire apartment.
