Dear potential holiday guests, i offer a newly renovated holiday home in the most beautiful village of Friesland (Schortens – Sillenstede). The house can accommodate 6 people (optionally also 8 people if the living room is used as a sleeping option) and is located in a quiet residential area. The premises in the house offer a total area of about 180 m2. The nearest beach in the Hooksiel coastal resort town of Hooksiel is 16 km away. The space What the house has to offer: - One bedroom with double bed (200 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe and 55 inch TV and access to a large bathroom with large shower cabin (rain shower), two sinks and a corner bath - One bedroom with double bed (180cm x 200cm), two small wardrobes as well as 48 inch TV and access to a bathroom with shower. - One bedroom with two single beds (90cm x 200cm each), a 48 inch TV and access to a bathroom with shower. - Large living room with couch / coffee table and 55 inch TV, as well as large dining area - A new kitchen offers a fridge, oven with ceramic hob and large dishwasher - The living room, kitchen and large bathroom are equipped with underfloor heating - A large garage has plenty of place for your vehicle - Large (also heatable) conservatory with automatic (depending on sunlight) awning and seating options - Large outdoor terrace area with beach chair and other seating options - All rooms (except the bedroom on the upper floor) are equipped with electric shutters, pleats / curtains.
