House with amazing lakeview and private bridge

Renovated holiday home with open plan and a magnificent view of Lake Sillen. A perfect place to relax. Large lawn and a terrace overlooking horse paddocks, plus a wood-fired sauna down by the lake. Barbecue available. The house is about 10 km from Trosa and Gnesta. Close to forests and several farm shops. 45 minutes by car from Stockholm. The house is a summer cottage, built in 1977 and renovated inside over the years. House-related items are stored on the property and in the house. The space Spacious kitchen and bathroom (renovated in 2017) in a rustic style, with flush toilet and shower. Enclosed veranda with glass windows that can be opened, and a large 50 sqm terrace with stairs leading down to the lake. Two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed, and one with a family bunk bed (140 cm lower bed and an 80 cm upper bed). Large lounge sofa with fireplace and TV in the living room. When we staying in the cottage ourselves, our cat is also present, and some cat-related belongings remain in the house. Guest access Everything. Please note that some cupboards and boxes in the house are private. Storage is limited, with only a small amount of space available in wardrobes and cabinets. There is a wardrobe in the small bedroom for guests. The motorboat is for private use only and is not available for borrowing or rental. An unloaded air rifle is found in the house but is not for guest use. Other things to note Bed linen & towels: Can be rented for 250 SEK per person. Electricity: Usage costs apply from October to April and will be charged afterwards. Firewood: Guests are welcome to bring their own or purchase on site at 50 SEK per basket. Electric car charging: Available at 200 SEK per charge. Gas barbecue: For frequent use, we kindly ask for a small contribution towards the gas consumption. Pets: Please note that our cat occasionally stays in the house when we are there ourself, and some belongings related to the cat may remain in the cottage.
