Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The space Thank you for your interest in our room! In our house 🏡 there are more areas for rent, I considered that there are common areas. For us it is important to know the exact time of arrival since someone will deliver the keys 🔑 or if you wish we can leave the keys in a safe outside, if you do not know the exact time of arrival. Please check the location carefully, as there are 2 streets with the same name in different areas of the village. The house is behind the Plaza Pedregal Tequisquiapan and next to the Hotel Asuncion TX. Calle Olivo #16 col, founders of Hacienda Grande, is located on Calle de Bomberos Tequisquiapan. The house is large and divided into areas, where there are more rooms for rent, your area is completely PRIVATE but consider that in the common areas you may see more people. Guest access If you bring a car, please open the left hallway where the tarp is not. The hot water for bathing is a solar heater. Consider that it takes between 10 and 15 minutes for the hot water to come out. We will leave a bucket in case you like to collect the water. On TV you can watch Netflix or YouTube There are blankets, sheets, towels, paper, extra soaps in the closet. The balcony light switch is located on the right outside when entering your room. I hope you have a happy stay :) During your stay We want your stay to be pleasant. You can contact us by this means or by text message, or contact the person who will give you the keys. He lives very close to the house and will be able to attend to any need or mishap that may arise. Other things to note We are happy to welcome you if you come with your pet, just remember that the common areas are the parking lot, garden, kitchen and stairs. Therefore, it is important that you always keep your pet close to you :) Check-in before 3:00 pm is subject to room availability and has an additional cost due to the logistics required to have it ready.
