Guests checking out later than 11 am without a host approval, will be charged $200 penalty fee. 🚗 Park in any uncovered parking space 🌡️ We lock our thermostat to so if you need to have the temperature adjusted, we can do it for you remotely. If you are not comfortable with this, our place is not the right fit for you. - There are 3 beds available for use (1 King bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 sofa pull out sleeper) There is NO pool access for short term stays. No exceptions. *For guests staying 60 days or more, you must register with the HOA and pay a $45 for your pool badge. A note about the Cleaning Fee and check out: The cleaning fee is to prepare the unit for guest visits, launder towels/linens, replenish supplies, make beds, vacuum and clean the bathroom. Please be courteous enough to clean the dishes and take out the trash upon check out. This keeps the place sanitary and will allow us to continue charging a minimal cleaning fee for all of our guests. Leave the pool key on top of the living room mirror when you leave.
