The space The cottage is a separate space above the garage on the same corner as the Historic Boyle House, a 1921 landmark in the Governor's Mansion neighborhood. A separate entry leads you up a flight of stairs to an 800 square foot completely remodeled space. The living area with comfortable seating, a built in work space, fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, table and chairs, and plenty of amenities.
