Entire Loft in Downtown Cleveland- Great Location!

Enjoy a perfect downtown location - easily walkable to First Energy Stadium, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Progressive Field, Rocket Arena, and Huntington Convention Center. Numerous bars and restaurants in the surrounding blocks of the loft! The loft is on the 5th floor, so street noise is very minimal. The space This is a one bedroom one bathroom downtown loft with three large windows with electronic black out blinds. The bedroom wall does not go all the way to the high ceilings (loft). The entrance into the condo has six stairs to go down to the elevators that will take you to the 5th floor condo. Laundry is available on the floor (not within the unit) and is paid per load of laundry. The condo does not have its own specified parking but there are multiple surface lots available for parking surrounding the condo for a price specified per lot. Guest access Contactless check-in. We will give specific check in instructions the day prior to arrival. Other things to note No smoking, pets, or parties in the unit.
