Guest access ✨ Guests will have full access to the entire home, spacious deck, and private backyard. Whether you're lounging inside, sipping coffee on the deck, or enjoying outdoor games in the yard, you’ll have plenty of room to relax, recharge, and make the space your own throughout your stay. Other things to note 🚗 Parking: The driveway can accommodate two vehicles. Street parking is available if necessary. 🔌 EV Charger: The home is equipped with an on-site EV charger for guest use. 💳 Credit card processing fees will NOT be refunded in the event of a cancellation. 🚫 No parties, no smoking, and quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. 🐾 Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome pets at our property! A pet fee of $100 per pet per stay applies. Please make sure to include your pets in your reservation details when booking. This helps us prepare the space properly and ensures everything is ready for your furry friends. 🐾 We kindly ask that pets are well-behaved, not left unattended inside the home, and kept off furniture and beds whenever possible. Thank you! 📌NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
