Located just 4 km from the sea and the sailing school, the house is located on the estate of the Kerdu manor (possibility to rent the whole). A privileged site in absolute calm, in the middle of a 5-hectare park, bordered by a small stream "the Kerdu". This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The space 165 m2 for 10 people large kitchen and living room on the ground floor 4 bedrooms upstairs 3 bathrooms (2 showers and 1 bathtub), 3 toilets Outdoor: Private land of 3,000 m2 allowing tranquility and absolute calm. Barbecue, teak garden furniture, mölky, badminton... Possibility to rent the entire estate with 21 beds. Other things to note Also available during the stay: welcome booklet, delivery of meals, bicycles and groceries before your arrival possible by reservation. A security deposit of €1,500 will be required upon check-in. In order for you to fully enjoy our beautiful region, cleaning, sheets and towels are included in the rental and the beds will be made upon your arrival. Cleaning is included in the rental. Nevertheless, the tenant undertakes to: • clean the kitchen, empty the dishwasher, empty and clean the barbecue, • not leave rubbish on the floors (e.g. paper, food, etc.) • dispose of household waste and glass in containers provided for this purpose located near the house. In the absence of compliance with these conditions, the lessor may ask the tenant for a cleaning fee of €30 for the barbecue, from €30 to €90 for the kitchen, dishes, rubbish, waste... Pets will be accepted provided that the tenant agrees not to bring their pet into the rooms and to pick up their droppings. In the absence of compliance with these conditions, the lessor may ask the tenant for a disinfection and cleaning fee of €300. PLEASE NOTE: Only part of the 5 ha estate will be at your disposal in case of separate rental. We draw your attention to the fact that a body of water is on the property. Children will be under the responsibility of the parents. We will consider any requests regarding pets. Only part of the estate is renovated. The rest of the buildings are secure.
