Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in the heart of Pasay, this place is close to everything you need such as shopping, concert venues, restaurants and more. We are also 5-8 minute walk to MOA. If you are coming from the NAIA International Airport, the condo is just a 10-minute drive by taxi. The space This condo located at S Residences has a very simple yet elegant interior with a queen sized bed and a Sofa bed . It has a 32" Smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen is furnished with the amenities of a mini-refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, rice cooker, electric kettle, cooking pots, plates, glasses, cutleries, and other kitchen utensils. There is also a small dining table with two chairs beside the kitchen. The bathroom has a water heater, a bidet, and a mirror. Guest access Condominium Lobby The guests can use the excellent and spacious lobby of the condominium as a meeting place or waiting area for their friends and visitors. Security guards and the lobby receptionist are friendly and happy to assist the guests. Swimming Pool Access The pool is available daily from 6 AM to 10 PM at P150 per person, depending on the availability of the pool, sometimes the building admin do their maintenance during weekends. The ticket to use the pool can be purchased at the Admin office located at the basement of the condo. Other things to note Please send us a scanned copy of your passport or any government-issued ID, including your guests and the complete names of all the Guest, to process the authorization form with the Building Administration before your check-in date. This is a requirement to enter the building. A Cleaning Fee of P400 will be paid upon Check in. We also request that you give us an expected time of your arrival. If any changes occur due to delays in flight, cancellation, or traffic, please advise us as soon as possible. We would appreciate it if you could inform us at least four hours before arrival. For Long term booking, depending on the guest request, we will collect another cleaning fee. If you want to eat or buy your groceries, the restaurants, convenience stores, and spas are located at a nearby Mall (WalterMart) just beside the S Residences building. Please ask the lobby guards for directions. If you wish to order food delivery, please download the FOOD PANDA or GRAB FOOD apps and pin the delivery address of S Residences Tower 2 Pasay City. Kindly take note that check-out is strictly on or before 11am. Late checkout will have additional fees. The Building Administration strictly implements a no-smoking policy inside the building and in all common areas and may impose a fine of P5,000 in case of violations.
