There is a well-kept landscape park around the Lunde lock with space for games, leisure activities and picnics. Enjoy some relaxing time with your family. You can also take a hike up Lifjell and enjoy the view or go horseback riding through the countryside. Lifjell is the closest high mountain area for the whole of Central Eastern Norway. Here you are quickly in the high mountains and a skiing vacation on alpine or cross-country skis is within reach. A total of 80 km of ski slopes are groomed on Lifjell in winter, and the slopes in Lifjell Ski Center and Vinterland are a good alpine offer for young and old.
