The Magnolia House sits in a family-friendly neighborhood just a couple minutes from the town center of Brownwood, Texas. The home is a comfortable, lovely, and attentive space, perfect for the solo business traveler, small family, or a group of friends who need a weekend getaway. We hope to host you soon!** Our lovely Magnolia House is nestled next to gorgeous trees, and located in a sweet, small-town neighborhood. It is a newly redesigned space and curated to host our cherished guests. We do not keep personal belongings here, so our biggest hope is that you feel this is YOUR home away from home. Our first property, The Little Blue Bungalow, has been so booked we worked quickly to get our second property (this one) completed. With Magnolia House, we’ve taken care to see that each room has unique details that make you feel welcome & valued, and in some cases inspired! The home features photographs taken by a professional photographer. We adore his work, and if you'd like to see more of his pictures or have a print for yourself, we'd be happy to connect you. There are also monogrammed cotton robes hanging in both bedrooms, along with monogrammed pillow cases. There are two bedrooms, both with large closets and shelves, custom shutters to help block daylight and outside noise, and full length mirrors. The front bedroom with the Queen bed has a massive walk-in closet. It's so big that if you needed to set up a Pack 'n' play for your infant/toddler, it would be a convenient, quiet space to do so. The back bedroom has a four-poster bed with a double size mattress. The bedroom windows let in lovely light, and look out to the property. The comfy beds have hotel grade 850+ thread count sheets, and monogrammed "MAGNOLIA" pillowcases. The full bath has attentive amenities for both men and women, with bath products including a razor, shower cap, lent roller, shaving cream, and toothpaste, just in case you need them. Our front living room is so comfortable and includes a portable, bluetooth Marshall speaker. Kick back, relax, and listen to your favorite tunes in style, or choose to stream your favorite shows, films, or sports on a brand new Smart TV. The kitchen is complete with all the necessary culinary tools, and has a breakfast table to sip your morning coffee or tea. There is a Keurig machine with complimentary coffee and tea pods (decaf and caffeine available). There will also be fresh fruit and bottles of water upon your arrival. The backyard is surrounded by trees, wood privacy fence, and other neighborhood homes. It is such a peaceful spot to sip that sweet tea on our outdoor furniture. This is a NON SMOKING residence. Any smoke smell in the home will result in a large additional fee on top of the cleaning fee. No cigarette butts on the ground please. We've really tried to think of everything to help make your stay the best it can be, and we welcome any feedback directly to us, or written on our feedback form in the back of our in-house Welcome Book. Guest access There is a key_pad located on the back door right next to the carport that guests can use with their own private access code. The code is changed with EVERY guest.
