The water flow can be variable and low at certain times of the day, but the apartment is equipped with a booster. NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE: The calculation of water and electricity charges is calculated on the basis of the index taken at the arrival and departure of the tenants. Whenever possible, depending on your day and time of arrival, the meter reading is done in your presence. The price of m3 of water is 800 CFA francs (€1.23) and the Kwh is 200 CFA francs (€0.30).
