A lovely contemporary studio first-floor apartment, close to the centre of Wadebridge and famous Camel Trail. We are in a private lane, with off-road parking. A very comfortable space with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a luxury walk-in shower. Your own balcony facing S.W. Leather sofa to watch Smart tv with Netflix/Amazon Prime included that you can watch from the sofa or spin to watch in bed. Kitchen area, toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave and cafetiere. The space You have your own private entrance to the apartment for a relaxed stay. In your room above the king-sized bed, there's a large tripleglazed rooflight for star gazing on clear nights and a blind if you prefer darkness. A small kitchen with a microwave, toaster, kettle, and a cafetiere. There's also a fridge with an ice compartment. Lovely leather sofa for watching movies with a smart tv. The TV spins around so you can watch it in bed! The shower has a rainfall and normal shower head with slate effect tray and dark tiles. Your own balcony is facing SW and table and chairs for Alfresco dining if you wish. Guest access You can park right outside, the grey door leads to the upstairs apartment. It has a balcony facing SW, where you can eat Alfresco or relax and read. Other things to note We provide semi skimmed white milk and locally produced white bread for breakfast. You can also choose between dairy or plant based milk and a different type of loaf if you prefer. Please let us know when booking. We also provide tea/ coffee, butter, marmalade and jam.
