A recently renovated traditional railway workers terraced house in Melton Constable. Previously the heart of the M&GNR steam railway, known as the muddle and go nowhere, small nods to its golden era can be seen throughout the house. Our terraced house offers a cosy get- away to the stunning North-Norfolk coastline as the property is 15 mins drive away from Cley-Next-The-Sea. This is the perfect place to base yourself out of to paddleboard, surf or kayak or enjoy the local wildlife. The space Our Traditional Railway House is located in Melton Constable, 40 mins drive from Norwich, 15 mins to Holt and 15-25 mins to the beach depending on which one you visit. The space includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs (1 double and 1 single). There is a steep staircase due to the character of the house, for anyone with accessibility issues the, bathroom is located upstairs. Please don’t use the logs in the fireplace. Highlights include: Cosy yet modern atmosphere Google Chromecast with Netflix etc SONOS speaker Tea, coffee and sugar Toiletries Washing machine Hairdryer Outside space with table, chairs, chiminea. Open kitchen Spacious dining area Rules: No pets No smoking No parties Quiet hours from 22:00 until 07:00 but please respect neighbour’s and refrain from playing super loud music inside and out. No extra guests unless pre agreed. No late check-out or check-in unless pre agreed. Keys to be left in lockbox on checkout. Please turn off the heating prior to checkout. Please treat our home as your own but please do enjoy your stay, we love north-Norfolk and hope you do too!
