The Cardinal @ Serenbe has three spacious bedrooms, an open-concept dining/living/kitchen area, 3.5 bathrooms, an office/sitting area with direct access to the outdoor patio, laundry room, and one car garage. This property is perfect for people, whether friends or family, looking for a relaxing space in the heart of the Selborne Hamlet, within walking distance of the many shops and restaurants that Serenbe has to offer. Plus, it is close to the other Serenbe Hamlets either by walking, driving, or golf cart (available for rent). Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. Access to the home is through a keypad deadbolt; each reservation will have a unique door access code, which will be given to the guest prior to check-in. We give our guests space, but we are available when needed. During your stay, you will have all the privacy you desire and deserve (as the hosts do not live on the premises, but we do live in another part of the community). Please be aware that we are always available via phone, text, and/or email to answer any questions and are happy to provide directions, suggestions and/or advice related to finding "things" to do and "places" to go! Or...in case you need anything or any problems arise during your stay, we are always able to quickly come by the property to drop things off or remedy anything that may be wrong! The neighborhood where THE CARDINAL @ SERENBE is located is in a community called Serenbe. It is a planned neighborhood that focuses on sustainability including "agriculture" (an organic farm is in the community - showcasing tours and certain special events), "arts" (theatrical performances, art exhibits, and musical events weekly depending on the season), and "wellness" (nature trails, yoga/Pilates classes, social engagement activities, etc.). Go to the Serenbe website to see what events and activities are happening in the "agrihood" during your scheduled stay. Outside the neighborhood, there are other nature-oriented activities in Chattahoochee Hills such as visiting Cochran Mills Nature Trails (including several easy-to-moderate hiking and MTB trails...there are also cycling maps for road riding in and around the Chattahoochee Hills country roads). THE CARDINAL @ SERENBE is also a short distance to the Historic Banning Mills (which is a zip line, adventure park). Or, if adventure isn't your thing, our property is only a short drive to amazing restaurants, sporting events, and entertainment found in the City of Atlanta (only 45 minutes North); Other close-by cities (only 20-25 minutes drive time) that feature shopping, entertainment, and various restaurants include Peachtree City, Senoia, Newnan, and Fayetteville. As a bonus, if you are flying in and/or out of Atlanta, THE CARDINAL @ SERENBE is a quick and stress-free drive (only 25-30 minutes away) to the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport that boasts light traffic due to being South of the airport and City of Atlanta. Finally, if you are associated with the film industry, our property is very close (between 20-30 minutes in distance) to several motion picture production studios located in south-Atlanta (including Trilith Atlanta Studios and Atlanta Metro Studios). All restaurants and stores in Serenbe are just a short walk, drive, or a golf cart ride away (golf carts are available for rent; inquire upon booking). The General Store provides basic items, sandwiches, wine, and desserts. If you plan on cooking during your stay, it is best to bring your groceries with you. The nearest Publix is about 25 minutes away; however, there is a smaller grocery store (Piggly Wiggly) only 10 minutes away in downtown Palmetto, Georgia.
