Welcome To Across The Street From Ordinary. We welcome short and long term stays in our luxurious Villa, surrounded by beautiful gardens and spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. Our special features are the pool, art studio and exercise room, outdoor pizza ovens and BBQ areas. We are centrally located in the rustic fishing village of Puerto Lopez. The space Open concept, fully furnished, full kitchen suite. Full size fridge/freezer combo and full size gas stove. One bedroom with a king size bed and spacious bathroom. Recliner chairs and 50” tv for relaxing times. Your upper patio is an extension of your kitchen complete with a BBQ area and outdoor pizza oven. There is also a private garden patio attached, just steps away from the Pool and studio. Guest access All guests are welcome to use our exercise area, art studio, and pool until 11 pm. The pool is surrounded by large decks, gardens and a shade gazebo. There is also a pizza oven and BBQ in the common area. The studio has a shade gazebo and lighting for creating in the evenings. Bring your art supplies. There is a fee for using the laundry facilities during your stay. Other things to note We have a mesh high speed wifi system that is accessible in your apartment and all common areas on the Villa property.
