The space Major repairs done recently: new appliances, new roof, new deck, new siding, and fresh exterior paint! 2023: Upstairs bathroom has been completely remodeled. 2022: New Hot tub (!!!!) 2021: A new ramp below the steps for when it rains hard. New under-carriage, new tile in the downstairs bathroom (and much, much more!). There's so much space in this three-bedroom cottage due to the large family room with vaulted ceiling. Enjoy sunset dinners on the deck with built in dining table, playing corn hole, then soaking in the hot tub under the stars. "The Blue Dolphin" features games, books, movies, toys for the kids, boogie boards, beach chairs, highchair and port a crib. Under the house you'll find a large, paved driveway (enough to park a boat!!), swings, charcoal grill, outdoor shower and fish cleaning station. The house is 6 lots back from the ocean front road! This house is perfect for one family, a family plus the grandparents, or two small families vacationing together. The expansive family room makes the home comfortable, even with 8 guests. The huge deck is perfect for the evening breezes, drinks with friends, or a challenging game of cornhole. Enjoy the sunrises in the morning on the Adirondack chairs! Guest access Full access to the property including access to the hot tub, outdoor shower, grill, fish cleaning station, and wrap-around deck. Note: Please do not attempt to access the Owner's closet in the downstairs Queen bedroom. This contains our personal belongings for use when we are at the home. Thank you for being respectful of this closet!! Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT: bring your cell phone and charger because there is no home phone at the residence. ALSO.... NO TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. You will need to bring your own BEACH and BATH TOWELS. They are also available to rent locally, if you would prefer to do that. Please make sure to walk the trashcan up to the curb prior to your departure. This is so that the next guests first impression of the home is not the smell of trash while entering the residence!! If you prefer to rent towels during you stay, our property management company, Shore Details, provides that service and will drop them off for you prior to your arrival.
