The apartment at the estate is new, modernly furnished and has 62 square meters. It consists of an open living room with a dining area on a small gallery, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom in the basement can be reached via a spiral staircase. From the bedroom you can go to the outdoor terrace to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and also use the fire bowl or grill. Please let us know before arrival. Dogs only on request. The space The apartment is equipped with a small spiral staircase that leads to the sleeping area. Guest access There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer (with a usage fee) as well as an ironing board with an iron. Firewood for the fire pit is freely available. Other things to note The space is a non-smoking apartment. The Edeka market for shopping is only 250 m walk away as well as a bakery, pizzeria and other restaurants. I am obliged to pay tourist tax. The tourist tax of €2.50/per night/guest must be paid to me after registering in the apartment. Registration documents are available in the apartment with the vacation ticket.
