Welcome to our small cottage for 2 people. It is located on the side of our house, quiet, on a very large wooded lot. In the heart of a small village with multifunctional commerce, 10 minutes from St Emilion, you will also be close to the Gardegan golf course. Libourne 15/20 minutes, Bordeaux and Bergerac 50 minutes. The space With an area of 28 m2, it is composed of a bedroom (140 bed) with shower room and separate toilet, and a living room with kitchenette. You will be totally independent. There is little overlooking our house. All linens are provided: sheets, towels and bath mats, hand towels, dish towels. You will also have at your disposal 2 coffee pods (Tassimo) for the 1st morning, instant coffee and tea and herbal tea bags, as well as basic necessities (sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, herbs of Provence, toilet paper, paper towels, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, sponge, garbage bags) We provide you with a baby bed and high chair if you are traveling with a toddler. Guest access A parking space is reserved for you on the access driveway. Our property is enclosed by an electric gate (a remote control will be entrusted to you upon arrival). If we are away or if your arrival is late, a key box is located at the gate. All instructions for a safe arrival will be sent to you the day before your arrival. The cottage is available from 3pm. Checkout time is 11am. Cleaning fee is included in the price. We just ask that the dishes be done before leaving. But otherwise, there's nothing else you need to do! Other things to note 200 meters away is a multifunctional business: a very busy Coccimarket grocery store, a tobacco press area, as well as a very friendly bar/wine cellar where you can discover the local wines in the Côtes de Castillon appellation. We can also advise you to visit a winery and do a tasting in St Emilion.
