In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the Casentino Forests National Park, Mount Falterona, and Campigna. The space The bedroom is on the second floor and has a terrace and a private bathroom. From the terrace you can admire the village of Londa with its pond. The room is large, bright, and cool in summer thanks to the trees around the house. Guest access Guests access the bedroom through the living room. 4-legged friends are allowed as long as they are small. Only one animal is allowed. Other things to note The house is located on top of a hill and can be reached via a dirt road of about 1 km. The first part is paved, but the second part is unpaved and quite uneven in some places. The use of a 4x4, off-road, or mini off-road vehicle is recommended. For those without a car, there is a minibus service that connects the nearest station (Contea-Londa) to the town of Londa in 5 minutes. Please note that there are no buses from the town of Londa that go to my house. However, the house can also be reached on foot in 20-30 minutes from the village. The route is pleasant as it is surrounded by greenery but partly uphill. In the village there are two mini-markets, a pharmacy, a post office, bars, a restaurant-pizzeria and a home-style trattoria.
