Farm to table dinner and breakfast experience available upon request. 25+ to book A fee of $75 will be applied for any deep cleaning required due to bodily fluids or excessive mess, including blood, vomit, feces, etc. The space The house is nestled away between a horse barn and huge garden area. True experience of what life is like in the country and all that comes with it. The fire pit is stored under the barn to avoid damage from the elements. If you would like to use it, please let us know so we can set it up in front of the house. We ask that you burn on top of the gravel to avoid any fire spreading. The grill on the back deck is in the process of being replaced. Will remove this detail once this issue is resolved. The barn is not included in the rental price and we do still occupy this space for our personal use. Guest access Guests are able to access the space surrounding the house. For everyone’s safety, we ask that guests stay out of the garden, chicken coop, and barn area. This information is listed in our house binder, please read upon arrival. Other things to note Please note that this property is located in a secluded area surrounded by farm land. If you are looking for high-speed internet, this would not be your place. We recommend sitting outside and enjoying one of the patio spaces, soaking in the sounds and nature all around you. Bring a book to read or take a nap on the cozy outdoor furniture.
