Our Super Studio has 2 full kitchens, 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and 2 dining rooms, super-equipped and all integrated, with cozy and modern décor. Newly opened, everything is brand new! Equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV with cable, 300mb Wi-Fi, iron, liquid soap, hairdryer, full kitchen (with utensils, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove). Glazed balcony and blackout roller curtain, hotel bed and bath linens and USB socket. For your convenience, upon arrival you will find a welcome kit consisting of: coffee, sugar, sweetener and 2 bottles of mineral water. We provide: - 02 Queen-size bed sets - 02 Queen microfiber blankets - 02 complete kits: with 02 bath towels, 01 face and 01 floor, for each bathroom. We provide (upon request in advance): - 02 single bed sets to convert the queen bed into two single beds. - 01 Single sofa bed sheet set that comfortably accommodates a child/teen, upon payment of an additional guest fee. Additional towel kits are charged separately. Guest access Guests can enjoy the swimming pool, fitness center and laundry (paid separately), rooftop with 360° panoramic view of SP, game room and coworking (according to permitted hours), concierge and 24-hour security, in addition to the convenience of a 24-hour mini-market in the basement. Other things to note The following will be required of the guest: Full name and presentation of a valid identification document (RG/CPF/CNH/Passport) and other information necessary for validation of the reservation, required in the "Condominium Safety Rules." They must be presented up to 2 days in advance, before the guest's entry into the unit. If the information is not sent, the reservation will be automatically canceled. IMPORTANT: Guests accompanied by a minor, other than the parents, must prove their relationship or present authorization from the guardian (father/mother) recognized in a notary public's office. If the required documentation is not presented shortly after the reservation is confirmed, it will be canceled. We ask that you do not make excessive noise or move furniture after 10 p.m. Bed and bath linens that are stained will have the cost of extra washing (R$ 50) passed on to guests. If the stain persists, the amount for the purchase of a new item will be passed on Visitors and persons not authorized by the host are prohibited from entering. Additional guests must be informed. An additional fee will be applied.
