The space ÖKO-HAUS Wood, loam and linseed oil paints with natural pigments = breathable indoor climate. No harmful substances, neutralised electrosmog, good acoustics. WINTERGARDEN With mineral coloured window glass. Smoking is allowed here in the dry, not in the house. FLOOR: NATURAL STONE WITH UNDERFLOOR HEATING Pleasantly cool in summer, nice and warm feet in winter. Also suitable for lying on. OPEN KITCHEN With cooking machine (fire) or 2 electric plates and 2 gas plates. The kitchen furniture comes from the legendary ORWO film laboratory. MUSIC LISTENING Tube amplifier via Bluetooth with excellent sound (clay walls + Bose). LET GO Open adjoining room: Comfortable view of fireplace, window and screen (Apple-TV/BlueRay). ROOF FLOOR Skylight, giant globe, forest view. LARGE WORK TABLE Work together in a concentrated way as a group or spread out neatly on your own. WLAN, printer, monitor, literature available. In the middle: DOUBLE ROOM Sleeping two at 1.60. Cathedral roof-beam look and amorphous wood panelling. LEFT and RIGHT CHAMBER 80cm beds enclosed in cabin element. Ideal reading position, spread out in a small space, good light, everything there. TERRACE Keep an eye on the garden from here. Birds, butterflies, insects, weather. LARGE GARDEN Transition to the forest. With vegetable garden (for subscribers to cultivate), flower meadow at the back, lawn with fireplace at the front. Outdoor speakers via BlueTooth. SUNDOWNER In front of the house, free view over a field into the sunset (Caspar David Friedrich perspective). Guest access The whole house and the whole garden is rented for private use. Excluded is the cellar room, the workshop and parts of the tool shed. The rental agreement applies.
