This is a great place to rent out if you are wanting to explore what life is like living in St Francis Bay for a bit longer than just a weekend. 5 minute drive to the Village. 10 minute walk to the Port. 15 minute walk through the Bush to the start of Cape St Francis Dunes. At the start of the 2 Harbour walk. House comes fully furnished. The space Our place is our family home. Therefore, you should feel a sense of feeling at home here. But please note, since it is a home and not a hotel, we really appreciate you looking after our home whilst you are in it :) Braai available, fully equipped kitchen, gas top and electric oven, pool area (top pool is out of use), washing machine & tumble dryer. Please note there will be some private locked cupboards with owners belongings inside- though still ample room for your belongings. Garage has owners belongings - please respect privacy of owners stuff. Linen and towels provided, but will be washed and changed by guests or prearranged cleaner during stay. In stay cleaning not provided - please state if you wish to have a cleaner, at guests cost, beforehand. Guest access There will be some locked cupboards in 2 of the rooms, but a full cupboard with shelving and hanging space available for you. There will be a kitchen cupboard locked, as well as downstairs study. There are items of ours in the garage - Please respect anything that is there is not for your use, unless prior discussion. Books, kitchen appliances etc left out are for your use, with due dilligence and care being taken whilst using :) Other things to note Please note, top pool is out of use, the bottom larger pool is ready for you to plunge in! Swimming area is not enclosed. Braai area can be enjoyed to entertain - however please respect nearby neoghbours re noise levels. Garden & Pool maintainence come twice a month.
