HEATING & COOLING: Host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans. Other things to note HOST & GUEST EXPECTATIONS: Our team prides itself on providing a great experience. However, please view this as a long-term furnished rental, not a 24/7 bed and breakfast or full-service hotel. Our team is available during business hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) and after hours for emergencies. LEASE: Per Denver's leasing rules, we require a lease agreement that we'll e-sign with all guests upon booking to confirm your stay. PET RENT: We are dog friendly, but have a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $90/dog/month. Please add your dog to the reservation, so Airbnb can collect the pet rent.
