The space Unit #5 @ 1073 Downing St is a large 690 sqft 1BR spanning the entire top floor of the building. Spacious kitchen and den with two workspaces great for WFH couples. No cable * Free communal laundry in the basement Guest access PARKING: 5 first-come-first-serve parking spaces in our parking lot in the backyard off the alley. Only 1 car per apartment in the lot. Street parking is free and available on our block. LAUNDRY: Shared, free laundry is in the basement. The basement is accessed from the side door near the fire escape. HEATING & COOLING: Host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans. Other things to note HOST & GUEST EXPECTATIONS: Our team prides itself on providing a great experience. However, please view this as a long-term furnished rental, not a 24/7 bed and breakfast or full-service hotel. Our team is available during business hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) and after hours for emergencies. LEASE: Per Denver's leasing rules, we require a lease agreement that we'll e-sign with all guests upon booking to confirm your stay. PET RENT: We are dog friendly, but have a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $90/dog/month. Please add your dog to the reservation, so Airbnb can collect the pet rent.
