This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. This is a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 well-furnished spacious rooms - two on the ground floor, 1 on the upper-ground floor and 1 on the first floor of this property. - All rooms offer a plethora of amenities such as a comfortable king-sized bed, AC, wardrobe, and Wi-Fi access. - All rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. BATHROOMS - There are 4 ensuite bathrooms. - All bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. INDOOR AREAS - Adorned with tasteful furnishings offering contemporary living with an old-world charm, this property features a spacious living room on the first floor. - With its sofa-style seating, this room can easily accommodate up to 16 people. - It is equipped with modern amenities that include 2 ACs, a TV, and Wi-Fi access. - There is a separate dining area on the ground floor just adjacent to the double-height entrance foyer. - It is equipped with an AC and can seat up to 8 people. - This property also features a myriad of airy verandahs and patios brimming with natural light. - So grab a quiet nook and immerse yourself into your favourite literary works while sipping on your hot cuppa here. EXTERIOR AREAS - The sliding glass doors of the dining area open up to the private outdoor pool where guests can enjoy a de-stressing soak. - The pool is 20x13 ft. in size and up to 5 ft. in depth. Guests can access the pool till 8 PM. - The exteriors of the regal property also feature a quaint lush green lawn. - It has ample seating space for up to 4 people. KITCHEN - Guests can access the kitchen premises to cook their own meals. - The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, and mixer. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. FOOD - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
