YOUR FIRST FLOOR SUITE: King size bed and plush bedding, full bathroom, private work station, 2 large closets, 50" wall-mounted Smart TV (add your own streaming apps), Wifi throughout property, window blinds for added privacy or sleeping late, use of common areas: fully equipped kitchen, dining, living and laundry room. ABOUT THIS HOME: This renovated home has 6 well-appointed, private king bed suites (3 upstairs and 3 downstairs). All suites have a private bath, with the four end units set up with full ensuite bathrooms. The center room on each floor has a separate full bath next to it for private use. Each floor has its own fully-stocked kitchen, common area living room with additional TV and a full dining area. Wifi is available throughout the property. Each room has it own keypad lock personalized with your entry code, as does the front main entry door. Choose the full privacy of your suite or indulge in some evening conversation with other travelers in the common areas. Cook to your heart's delight in the kitchen any time of day. Each guest has a designated storage area in the kitchen and fridge. Markers are provided if you wish to label your items. We do have a cleaning crew, but we ask that you respect the space and other guests and clean up the common areas after use. We aim to keep our cleaning rate as low as possible for all our guests while also maintaining a level of excellence, so your cleanliness and respect are highly appreciated by all. Please refer to our "House Manual" and "House Rules" for more information. There is a lovely park across the street for your use with everything from a covered basketball court, tennis courts, grassy areas, BBQ's & picnic tables, community garden and a walking/biking trail. We are centrally located in San Antonio with easy access to whatever you may need. Only 2 miles to the famous Riverwalk, 3 miles the Pearl District, 6 miles to Joint Base San Antonio. Additional Suites info: The two "Deluxe King Suites" offer a private washer & dryer in the suite. Each of our suites offer something unique and each of our six suites are listed separately. Please look under "all listings" if you wish to view each one. All guests have free access/use of the exterior laundry room at the back of the home. The laundry room is first come, first serve. Please be respectful of others. Quiet hours are 10PM to 7AM. PLEASE RESPECT THE QUIET HOURS. No unregistered guests on property. All guests must be registered/listed on your reservation. Guest access Each suite has a personalized keypad lock as does the main house door. You have access to your personal suite, kitchen, living area, dining room, fenced property and laundry room.
