Open plan kitchen /dinner and lounge area creates a very social space to relax. 2nd floor Mezona room for quiet time or extra sleeping area with double bed. There is an outside terrace leading off the kitchen with furniture and a gas bbq. Ground floor Entrance hall with space under the stairs perfect for dog beds and a stair gate. Stunning shower room with adjacent Utility room containing Washer and dryer. Master bedroom with king size bed and fitted wardrobe and TV Bedroom 2 with double bed and draws a hanging rail and TV additional single bed if required. Outside lawned garden Deck with seating and patio area’s Securely fenced for four legged friends. sorry we do not accept cats in this property. Parking space Guest access The accommodation is set within our 1 acres plot but has its own plot clearly fenced off. Guests are asked to stay within their area. It has plenty of outdoor space a grass lawn, patio, path and 1st floor terrace. Other things to note This is a perfect space for a large family or group of friends to come and stay. Infants under 2 years are allowed but we provide no facilities for them for example cot’s, bath, high chair or safety equipment.
